Gypsum boards are fixed using self-drilling screws with proper spacing to ensure strength and alignment. Jointing work is carried out using joint tape and jointing compound, followed by two coats of finishing putty and sanding to achieve a smooth, uniform, and paint-ready surface.

Openings are provided for lighting fixtures, HVAC ducts, sprinklers, speakers, and access panels as required.
